Rude customer service right off the bat. I went to the photo counter to pick up my order, the clerk did not acknowledge me until she was done marking off a list and then without looking at me asked if I was there to pick up a photo order. I had picked up some caramels that were marked two for five dollars. The clerk did not believe me and then when we walked to the aisle where it was clearly marked she ripped the markers off declaring that was an expired offer. No discussion of it being marked at a price that I expected, she would not override the amount. Asked for the purchase to be removed as that was false advertising. When we returned to the register she acted very put out and removed them from my purchase and then threw the candy into a crate. I paid for my purchase she handed me my bag I said thank you and she walked away without even acknowledging that I spent money in the store. Again I said thank you to which she replied “you’re welcome” in a sarcastic tone. Then rudely started talking about the interaction to a trainee. I asked for the manager at that point. Will not return to this location, evidently this clerk is very put upon to actually be kind to customers.
It is impossible to get anyone’s attention at the pharmacy. They manage to work around the corner where they can’t see you. I waited 8 minutes to check in for a flu shot. The clinic emptied at least two complete times while I waited. Twenty minutes after I checked in. I was given a clipboard to fill out, along with two families that has recently arrived. I stood by the counter for five minutes hoping to kindly tell them that after an hour, I couldn’t wait any longer. I was never able to tell them. Yes, they were busy. They could have warned customers that the wait was over an hour.
Went to Walgreens in Avon on 36, I walked to the counter to cash out, a young man standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but talking and playing with 1 of his Co worker walked away because the playful manager called him so he would not assist me and both laughed. I called to the manager inside of Walgreens to report the rude seevices and the young woman that called the guy worker over is the manager. The young lady told me that she was the manager and when I told her about their rude and prejudice ways she stated that she couldn't remember the incident that just took place, but she apologized like 3 times for what ??you don't remember nothing, REMEMBER!!!
Slowest Pharmacy ever. Took an hour just to get. Flu shot. Better off going somewhere else. Worst customer service ever
Zero stars to the piece of trash pharmacy!! I've been calling and placed on hold for over an hour. I've been denied multiple times formy medication, a medicine I need!! I've spoke to insurance 3 times and the Pharmacist even spoke to the insurance and he still "cant" fill my prescription but yet CVS had no problem doing it!! You wonder why patients are so upset these days, I work medical too but I don't treat people like this.
Terribly slow. Horrid pharmacy time. Hire more people. Be more efficient. Edit: Just in a days time the store pharmacy is temporarily closed.... how can you close a pharmacy?? People need their medication! At least send over pending prescriptions to another store!! This store is horrible and Corporate should be ashamed for allowing a store to operate in a manner such as this. If I could get zero stars I would. This store pharmacy is the epitome of bad.
I will never come into this store again. When an employee asked if I needed help finding anything, I told her what I was looking for, she laughed under her breath and kept working. As I was leaving the store, I saw exactly what I was looking for. Why offer to help if you are not going to be helpful? I did not ask for help, she approached me and then was very rude. The man at the register was also a little rude about my Walgreens card, and didn't seem to know how to use the register. I would have been much happier if no one said anything to me, rather than be mean.
Don’t schedule a Covid vaccine, better just avoid this pharmacy all together if you can. Scheduled a Covid Vaccine almost 2 weeks prior. Received an e-mail the night before saying my appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Called Walgreen’s help line and was hung up on after waiting on a representative for 30 minutes. Called the location and no one could tell me why it was cancelled. Should have known better than to schedule at this location, as the pharmacy is the slowest I have ever been to and rarely have the entirety of my medicine when I need it filled.
37 minutes on hold and still waiting. This is after a two store fight to get an antibiotic. Not worth the business but it’s a 24 hour store so……..
Prescription was sent over 2 hours before I tried to call and see if it was ready. No one ever answered so I just assumed since it was sent over a few hours earlier it'd be ready. Get there and drive thru line was long but i got in line and waited patiently. 30 minutes later i get to the window only to be told they'll start working on it now. That it would be another 20-25 minutes. Pull around and park and wait. Now I'm standing in line inside 6 people deep waiting yet again. Walgreens service has defin gone down. Meanwhile they have a couple of employees back there just chuckling and goofing around. This is nuts
