If you are a second shift employee, Don’t stop at 3:30am. A older light skinned woman locks the door and refuses customers every time she works the night shift. She has an extremely disgruntled attitude and will destroy your attitude for the rest of your day. I watch her turn away customers every morning before I go to work. If you’re interested to watch this spectacle, 3:30am is the time. The other young lady is pleasant and talkative, but you always take a chance of running into Ms. “Don’t make me do my job!” Today’s turned away list reached 14 prior to my departure.
The stores assistant manager Wesley was an example of what good old customer service should be, he is attentive and polite and the store conditions were very clean while under his supervision. I'm thinking about being a repeat customer now simply because of this.
Very nice experience. The cashier came to my pump outside as I initially had a problem pumping fuel.
I have been visiting this store several times a month at the same time of day, which is early morning, for the past 6 years. For around the last monthmaybe more every time I go by there there is a home made sign on the door that says store closed until 6 AM or other similar times. First of all this store is advertised as and always has been 24 hours. Secondly, when I went by today the closed till 6AM sign was up and the door was locked even though it was 6:30. They either need to change the advertised hours of the store or better yet, hire people that can work that shift. Although there were at least 2 employees I saw inside at the time I was as there.
I've tried four times to go to this place to buy a snack after work. The first two times, I completely understood why the night attendant asked me to leave. They were getting ready to unload a truck to stock. The 3rd time, I walked in and immediately she starts waving her arms around at me saying I needed to get out because she was stocking. While I tried to locate a different circle K on my waze app, I watched several people walk in. In the 30s it took to find one, not a single one walked back out. The 4th, which I want to believe is a communication error, happened tonight. I saw no truck or boxes, only other people walking into the store. I grab a drink and spot peanuts. I start filling a 32oz cup when I realize she is once again waving and talking to me. I tell her I cant hear her, I have a hearing problem and she talks over me, repeating the same thing until I FINALLY realize she's saying "they aren't cooked". I look at the peanuts and say oh, okay. I pour the peanuts back in since I didn't touch anything with my hands. She starts yelling and finally I say, ok I'm leaving im sorry. I dont know why she was yelling at me but I can definitely say this is lady has made me wish I wasn't disabled and I won't be going back. I'm really sorry to the owner and attendant if I did something but I just dont understand why she felt the need to yell at me.
Came in here the last few nights and observed the customers entering the store without a mask on their face. Not all of them but more than enough to be alarmed. The employee is not enforcing the mask mandate. Don't go here unless you want to catch Covid-19. This is sad and against the law! They have no concern for human life. I will drive by and give another gas station my money who cares about the welfare of the public.
The worst gas station I've ever been to, hands down. They're too lazy to restock the coolers, there will be whole se gions just empty for days. They also never put out hit made food, all the shelf are empty. To top it all off, even when two employees are on the clock, it's the worst and slowest service I've ever seen. How can you not take notes from QT by now? Avoid this place at all costs, there's an exxon right across the street.
Really good fresh ground coffee. Pay a monthly membership Sip n Save or buy 5 get 1 free coffee.
Not happy with service at all Would not recommend. Wont be back.
I have been standing outside of this gas station for at least 20 minutes now the associate on the inside has looked at me and walked past the door several times not even acknowledging any of the customers who attempt to come in the store because she has the door lock.
