Air machine doesn't work properly 9/10 times I end up overfilling or not getting enough air for my tires.
While getting gas the pump will not use fuel points and i have called corporate and spoke to some employees nothing is being done about it. Also employees don't care to help.
Cool clean quick. Customer service is always friendly and attentive. The products a usually stocked and the store is clean. Employees are more friendly than other Circle K's I visit for some reason. The donuts are fresh in the morning and the lot I clean. Somewhat of a homeless problem but its the area not the stores fault. I like the store alot. I will return as much as possible.
cashiers are nice,there is selection at this location & importantly on the drinks! however,this us a 24 hour store & yet 2 x ,1 time last week & last night I came later than my usual & they were locked up with a sign saying closed for cleaning! I worked this type of job,24 hours,& never closed,not for cleaning & surely not for some other company to come clean for me,like I saw last week!that is what the circle k employees are paid for & they are supposed to squeeze it in between customers,sales,period!
This circle k is always clean, staff is always friendly and to see & hear the staff holding conversations with their customers is always a good look like they sincerely care about their work place and who comes in and out
About 3 weeks ago I purchased $5.90 worth of stuff, I gave the cashier a bunch of folded up bills that I had counted earlier... Which was a total of 8 singles... And she gave me a dime back. While we were in the midst of our transaction, another employee tried to hand her the phone stating that she had a call. As soon as she handed me the time, she walked away with the phone. She shorted me $2 and I never got that back! Yesterday I walked in and there were no extra large cups or napkins. I went in today and there were no napkins. The customer in front of me tried to pay for his purchase, but his card was declined twice. The cashier promptly picked up his donut and threw it in the trash! The man asked why he did that... And the cashier said because your card was declined... The man said you did not know if I had cash or not... And stormed out... I would not recommend this Circle K to anyone. And I will be reporting this Behavior to corporate. I love Circle K! And they are ruining my views on the Chain because of their behavior! Also, most of the time when I walk in there, it all smells like old dirty bleach water! Nasty!
Gas pumps seem to be not working and the workers really don't care. My friend tried to get gas at pump 1 and it would not pump but half a gallon at a time. Told the clerk and really did not care.
This store is NOT open 24 hours. I live in the neighborhood and go here frequently. There is often a sign in the window between 2AM - 5AM saying CLOSED UNTIL 5 AM.
I live right up the street from this location, so I frequently stop there for gas and things. All the employees have been great except the older guy that was on duty. Today I stopped in to get cash back like I have countless times before with no problem. In the past I would always purchase an item to get the cash back until one day an employee informed me that Circle K didn’t require an purchase to receive cash back I would only be charged $.02 for the transaction. She also said if anyone ever try’s to make me make a purchase in order to get cash back ask to speak with a manager. So that being said today when I arrived at 5 something in the afternoon the parking lot was full of people waiting and there was a sign on the door saying they would be back in 10 mins sorry for the inconvenience. So 20 mins later he finally comes back to let the line of people waiting in. When I finally do make it to the register I am greeted by the most unfriendly, unprofessional employee I have seen in a very long time. The older guy can’t even call him a gentleman made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I tell him I needed some cash back and he responds with an attitude saying he doesn’t know if he has any money for my cash back and begins to rant about how much it cost Circle K doing cash back for 2 cents when it cost them .32 cent each transaction so I needed to make a purchase or he wasn’t doing it. I informed him of what the other employee had told me he then became very confrontational and proceeded to complete my transaction. I let him know I would be speaking to his manager about his horrible customer service skills and professionalism. Not sure what good that will do though cause he could care less it seemed. I will just take my hard earned money elsewhere from now on I think. Word of advice to the owner have them drop this guy fast because he is costing you customers!
The older gentleman working nights seems to be very unprofessional and does not seem to listen to clients or understand simple laws. Not to mention the way he speaks with clients is unprofessional and nonwelcoming. Try to smile with customers while dealing with them, regardless of the situation. I should add that my family and I were very amicable.
