The new Circle K locations are usually outstanding. This location at 52nd Street and McDowell Road is another matter. Built just 2 years ago, it started well but has lost its luster. Today it is a neglected much lesser version of the new stores. We are sorry to say that it is run down, filthy, and doesn’t deliver its full promise of customer service. Gas pumps are continually out of order, and today the cashiers weee not able to handle credit or debit card transactions. The surface areas and food areas are unclean, and the staff rude and uncaring. If this is the best Circle K can do at this location, then they should just shut it down. It reminds us of the location. On 44th street and Washington Ave before it closed 3 months ago.
Who would give a "Good" rating here? I have been at this Circle K for last YEAR --always dirty gas pumps & dumped fluids all around! Don't they EVER clean these? And inside store - messy with dropped straws & napkins.....usually slow service > need to hire more people!! Many times the pump receipt is empty > I have to go INSIDE to get my paper copy ! I am NEVER coming back !
Aakanxi was so helpful and it was very nice of her to help me direction to freeway. I live near this location and have noticed since he’s been here there’s also less homeless and drug addicts hanging around. Keep up the good work Aakanxi, your really turning this place around
Circle K water machines are scams. They don’t take cash bills or coins but there is no sign for that. I tried a few of them around Phoenix and when I put coins of cash bills, they just kept spitting them out. When I used my Apple Pay, the payment went through but with a 10 cents fee for every transaction. Circle AZ why not being transparent and tell people that your machines won’t take cash bills or coins? Transparency can always go along way.
This circle K is very hit or miss. Their soda fountains seem to be down every other day, and after they were "fixed" this last time, soda comes out practically flat.
I actually went through Google and called about thirty Circle K's to find this particular one. I have no idea who is in charge here but they need a big ole pat on the back!! Theres an employee here Ectaral I hope I spelled it right that is soooooooooooooooo awesome, her customer service is superb especially in this day and age. She radiates light and makes a simple interaction memorable. In my quest to find this wonderful woman's supervisor to give the cudos she deserves another awesome woman greetede with great customer service and attitude named Monica I think. I'm sure it seems like much for something like common decency but I'm not from here and good customer has been extremely rare if you get any. I heard Donna is in charge and apparently responsible for putting together this great team so great job Donna!!!!!!!!
Decent. YES: Public Bathrooms! Nothing here “covid clean”. Lots of foot traffic but they had three people on the registers and they were quick to ring everyone up FAST! One lady was very cheerful. She was kind and respectful to everyone in line. Plus was a large variety of fresh and hot food. Negative was the roller hotdogs and snacks looked terrible! No kosher items, no hot vegan options. Even the salads available already had cheese or meat added so still no fresh vegan lunch available. No hot vegan items like soup nor sandwiches. Several of the pumps were out of order. All the fresh brewed teas were shut down.
The automated cashier are the worse and its makes a trip to this circle k a nightmare
Worst service I’ve ever had, clerk refused to service and sell me gas because of the denomination of my bill. Refused to even check her register
This Circle K is always so dirty! Coffee area, dirty, food area, dirty, soft drink area dirty!!! There is too much staff and not enough cleaning going on… I bet it’s nasty in the back where they prepare the food
