Circuit Court for Baltimore County

Joanne (was BEYOND RUDE & IGNORANT) Went in with my mother & grandmother so my grandmother can do what she had to do from my grandfather passing, & the gentleman Kenny we originally spoke with was great. Once he was done he walked to the back right corner to Joanne (heavy set lady) and she was the most ignorant person I have ever met in my life. My grandmother did not know exactly what she needed and Joanne acted like we were wasting her time. She was so rude to the point it pissed me off. She huffed & puffed and kept trying to talk over my grandmother. Idk how she even has a job that involves any kind of interaction with other people. I wish I would have recorded her and I guarantee she would be fired in a heartbeat. My grandmother will not go back there, she would rather send the paperwork in than to go back in there. This lady needs to be reavaluated and talked to because she is disrespectful for no reason. I hope her boss or anybody of higher rankings sees this. It’s a shame that someone that rude could get a job in a public place, let alone a courthouse. I have never left a review anywhere in my life but I just had to let everyone know to stand clear of the far right corner (Joanne) will ruin your day. Tuesday, 5/8/18

We came here for a marriage license and it was very quick. Parking is a nightmare though.

I went there to get my marriage license so fast and easy , we took more time in the garage finding a parking than getting my marriage license. I was very pleased with the service.

This is the worst place in the world everyone who works there should be held responsible for the actions and the in justice. Tey are destroying family's making father's pay more then they can afford and then treating you like your a criminal all because you and your x don't get apong any more. They are all scumbads I hope they all get what they deserve!

My wait time was 2 hours inside the juvenile court. Still waiting for my check to come in the mail. They could do better.
