Our entire Board of Directors took this class together and had a blast. I would definitely recommend Cirque-It for any team looking to bond, get fit, and have a great time. Elizabeth keeps you laughing throughout the class and I could not believe we got through such an intense workout in just 45 min! Definitely coming back!
Cirque It Fitness is a great, welcoming band fun place to work out. The program is great for any person wanting to build the strength to start doing aerial or circus arts, or for someone who simply wants to get a great workout. It’s VERY beginner friendly and is great for everyone, regardless of fitness level
