Planet Fitness - Henderson - Sunset

Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Wish it had a pool & some classes, that's what I prefer because I get a little bored. Used to have a sit down machine for the waist which they changed out for one that you kneel on. I HATE it & miss the former machine, this one hurts my arthritic knees... seriously hate it, very painful

My girlfriend and I have memberships to this place. It's okay for a gym. The weight selecting is pretty apartment complex like. If you live at a picerne property, you're good to go with their weight room as it is. Just saying.

What an Awesome Gym...Great deals, very clean and this location the Managment is Top Notch!!! I have the Black Card get it includes tanning, hydromassage chairs and loungers as well as a 30 minute work out area with specific equipment and much more!!!

The vibe in this place was definitely off for my first visit. If you’re looking for a “judgment free zone” there’s better options. It started off pretty well. The guy at the front desk was friendly and welcoming but the black girl gave off some weird vibes. Never said a word to me didn’t even make eye contact. Most workers greet you when entering and exiting. Then I noticed every time I went into the locker room the guy came in cleaning which is a good thing except it felt as if I were being watched. If he wanted to clean so bad he surely missed everything but the filthy showers and the overflowing trash cans. I felt very uncomfortable and targeted. The customer vibe was odd as well. I really wish Planet Fitness was as judgment free as it claims to be! I should have read the reviews first.

I go in the morning. Nice and empty how I like it. They have the necessary equipment to get a good workout in.

Great gym. The staff does a good job keeping the gym clean and replenishing the cleaning supplies. Nice air conditioning system as well. Overall, the whole staff is very nice but the customer service that stands out is provided by Alec--I actually thought he was the manager. He greets guests by their name and I think that personal touch makes people feel appreciated as customers. Alec deserves to be recognized. I recommend this gym to others based on the customer service and cleanliness. EDIT 07/22: Reduced from 5 stars to 3 stars. Customer service has gone downhill. It's not bad but it's below average, not outstanding like it was before. The boys at the front desk are just OK. They aren't bad, they're just typical entitled millennials.

My brother in law recommended me to check out PF for the great selection of cardio machines and massage chairs. I came into PF early one morning to check it out. I kind of knew I wanted the higher membership when I walked in. I was greated by Lexi at the front counter. She was very welcoming and inviting. I told her I was interested in joining. She explained what I would get with each package and gave me a tour of the entire gym. She was very energetic and had a great attitude. She took a great deal of pride when showing me around the gym and was excited to talk about all of the amenities. She then shows me my favorite candy tootsie rolls at the counter and told me to help myself. I was thinking how this day is going to great I've found the perfect gym! THEN she tells me they had Einstein bagels on the way so dont run off. This is the freaking place!I signed up with a Black card membership as planned. I've been coming for a week or so and every time I see her or any other staff they have a great attitude and are very welcoming. The tootsie roll bucket is always full too fyi! The Black card membership is 100% worth it. Hydro massage, chair massage, red light and tanning, personal trainer, all for 21.99! GREAT DEAL! SUPER CLEAN GYM

Low intensity gym! Some people like this if you're that person go ahead and join. It's quiet and clean and they upgrade their facility yearly so that's not bad. $10 a month is a good deal if your a gym goer like me
