Great office, amazing staff. I specifically worked with Todd Rohulich to find us an apartment in the city. He not only showed us around the neighborhoods, but had a ton of apartments and recommendations for what we were looking for. I would recommend him to everyone

NOOO, stay away! 1 star is too much, it's negative stars. Do NOT work with them or sign any fee agreements unless you fully understand what you're signing. They will want to charge you for something they never helped you with and know they don't deserve. All other negative reviews are valid. It is a truly fraudulent operation that runs on taking advantage of other agents and tenants and collecting fees absolutely not deserved. Do not work with Eric Norden or Eric Hamm. Look up yelp for better agents. Eric Hamm (managing director) , sets the worst example by wanting to collect fees he knows the company does not deserve or has worked for. You can imagine what other agents there would be like when their leader is this way.
