Elegran is truly a 5-star Real Estate Agency! My girlfriend and I moved to NYC from Ohio with very little knowledge of the New York market. We originally met with a different broker who tried to take advantage of us by attempting to charge us double commission. Luckily we were able to part ways and team up with Elijah Brown. Elijah is spectacular! When we met, he was very honest and upfront with us right away. He educated us on the NY market and his broker costs. We then gave Elijah one day to find us our dream apartment within our demanding specifications, and he DELIVERED! Elijah was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Elijah Brown and Elegran to next of kin!

Elijah Brown was truly awesome to work with. He's super friendly, professional, plus quick and easy to communicate with. I honestly feel that I would not have gotten my dream apartment if it wasn't for his persistent follow through with the owner in getting our application to be chosen. All in all I couldn't recommend him(and Elegran) more!

I could not be more pleased with my experience looking for an apartment in Manhattan with Daniel Chun at Elegran. Though I was working with a tight schedule, he was able to line up apartments that were within my preferred location and price range. Daniel coordinated everything ahead of time and was on point; all the apartments that we looked at fit my specifications and were scheduled with maximum efficiency so as to be able to see as much as possible with my limited schedule. In one afternoon, I was able to select a great apartment and had a fun time in the process!

I am grateful to have met Meena Ziabari, she made an excellent job in helping me found a house while I was out of the country. I was told that finding an apartment in NYC was a very difficult and exhausting process but it was really easy and quick to find it thanks to her. She took the time to really listen and understand what I was looking for. I highly recommend her professionalism and knowledge of the market.

I've lived in New York my entire life and have never owned an apartment untill now. Let me tell you, buying a different ballgame compared to renting here, and Dave at Elegran really helped out along the way. I knew I wanted to end up in lower Manhattan and had a sizable, if not, extravagant budget to work with. Dave and the rest of the staff at Elegran were extremely hands on and worked directly with me to find my place in the East Village. I couldn't be happier with my decision.
