I love being an agent with REAL. The "HQ" is in NY, and even though I am in Philadelphia, it does not feel far away. Whenever I have a question or an issue, I've found that it's super easy to get an answer either from our broker or support. Our broker Steve Carvelli is like a walking encyclopedia. I've asked him a lot of questions and he's always full of great advice. He never acts annoyed, even though it must be difficult to hear the same questions from agents day after day! He does a training call every week and there is always something new to learn. The support staff is also responsive. Even if the title co has lost the commission check , they will make sure you get paid quickly. Additionally, we have a great network of agents right across the US. I've even done a deal with a REAL agent on the other side of the country. The broker in California does a few conference calls every week on marketing as well as an internal sales call. If you can work independently, you like good splits and you enjoy learning, then you are going to like being an agent at REAL.

The staff is incredible at Real, we are family and family does fight. At first I felt the same about Steve but maybe it was me. Real estate is a sensitive topic with a lot of money at risk so I look forward to continuing my career with growth. I don't want want a Broker breathing down my throat Steve works hard to put real on top. There's no reason your not making it unless your lazy at times like me lol. Shout out to Lauren, Anat John Elizabeth etc.. If I forgot you your in my heart. To be honest Real will be number one watch.

I love being apart of the REAL family. Our Technology is already ahead of our time. I truly enjoy being a REAL agent.

I just think it’s weird how when I need support because the app can’t be downloaded or opened by a client nobody responds. Then when I leave a bad review it catches their attention. Shows where their priorities lie I received 0 support from the Real team when it came to my issues. My attorney Jonathon Hackworth will be contacting them for wrongful termination of contract and breach of contract seeing as I received 0 technical support. I like the idea of Real but I never once received any assistance with my technical issues
