I was displaced by hurricane Sandy and the apartment I moved into sold within a week of my moving in. Chris Kastner from Town was the most unprofessional agent ever! First he said he'd meet me with an agent and he never showed up and then he stood me and two agents up on Easter Sunday of all days and wasted my entire morning while I was sick. Quite frankly it appears he didn't want to deal with a non-white resident and a non-white agent! If you want good service and a fair agent stay stay away from Chris and Town Residential, it's a complete waste of time and they're racist!
