Working with Konstantin was the best part of my apartment-purchasing experience! Recommended to me by a friend, Konstantin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Being a first time home-owner, he guided me through all the complex (and stressful!) steps, responding patiently and with detail to all my questions. He provided valuable advice in all aspects of the process and referred me to other reliable professional like inspectors, mortgage agents, insurance agents, etc. He provided me with all the information I needed to make sound decisions and was always extremely respectful and did not try to sway me one way or another, giving me the genuine feeling that my interest was his primary concern. He was very shrewd in negotiating with the seller and after the deal was complete, within two weeks he found a reliable tenant to occupy the apartment. Start to finish it was a pleasure working with him and I will do it again in a heartbeat!

Konstantin spent months looking at apartments on UES with me over the last year. He never pushed me into making a decision I wasn’t sure of myself. I bought an apartment with which I am very happy. Konstantin was easy to work with, and more importantly was honest, transparent, and knowledgeable about the market. I would easily recommend him to my friends.
