Grant and his team did an absolutely fabulous job both selling my apartment in dumbo as well as advising on our new place we purchased in Wallabout. He and his team priced the loft perfectly and we sold it at ask! They even negotiated a favorable post possession lease allowing us to rent from the new owners until our new place was ready. Grant and his team were extremely efficient and knowledgeable and were straight shooters- something I really appreciated during the process. We have been sending anyone we know interested in either buying or renting to Grant and his team...and thus far everyone has been extremely happy. What a top notch team!

For years, my goal was to buy an apartment in NYC. Last year was finally the right time for me to start looking, and I selected Grant Braswell to represent me in the process. I never could have imagined how easy and stress-free it could be. I truly feel like he had my best interests at heart, and he gave me creative advice, and walked me through some of the complicated questions I had (I couldn't resist - I work in finance). He gave me the analytical detail I needed and wanted so I could fully understand the value of the apartment I was considering. I ended up buying in Clinton Hill and am closing in about a month. I couldn't be happier! I got a great deal and felt like I found the most trustworthy agent and broker to guide me through the entire transaction. Grant is truly a dream come true! He's knowledgeable about the city, the social scene, restaurants and bars, and is extremely smart, well-spoken, super friendly, and great at follow-up. He works incredibly hard and I am grateful that I picked him for my apartment search.

We had an absolutely awesome experience with Grant when purchasing our first home in NYC -- I don't think it could get any easier. He was knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful and patient even when we were being specific in our wants/needs, and ultimately helped us find a great place. Grant provided us several references as well, and each have been equally professional and awesome. I can't recommend Grant and his team enough!

Grant Braswell is the simply the best- I'd give 10 stars if I could! We were first-time home buyers plus we were relocating from out of state and had no idea about the housing market here, and Grant was great at explaining everything to us along the way and helping us to navigate the process. He had great advice in how to approach making offers, and has a great mathematical way of figuring out the possible range of what a place would be worth which was super helpful in figuring out what we wanted to offer. His referrals for other people to work with throughout the process were great as well- attorneys, bankers, etc. He was always responsive and available to answer all of our questions and thorough in following up with the status of our offers (we made offers on four places before finally getting an accepted offer on the fifth - thank you, crazy market!) I initially found him on Yelp after getting no response from other brokers that were referred to us from friends- I figured all these five star reviews couldn't lie- and so glad I did! Grant really knows his stuff and there's no one else I'd rather work with. I'll definitely be using him again in the future!
