Next Step Realty West Village

Our experience with Next Step was fantastic. Our broker, Whitney, made an effort to get to know us prior to our tour and was incredibly attentive to our needs in finding an apartment. When it came time for our tour, we were shown a number of great options, all of which met the criteria we communicated and were well within our budget - she really tried to find us an apartment that worked for us, not sell us one that did not. I have had many experiences with brokers in New York but the folks at Next Step are some of the most professional and friendly people you will meet. I would highly recommend Next Step to anyone relocating to New York.

Hi. I took a new position in NYC and would be commuting from the West Coast weekly. I needed an apartment relatively quickly and didn't have time time to be "house hunting." I was introduced to Matt B through a friend and gave him a list of requirements and thoughts on areas I wanted to live. He put together a tour of about five properties for early Saturday morning. But then, I completed changed my mind and wanted a different part of town. Matt went into rapid fire mode and put together a completed different tour and showed me about six compelling properties with different looks and feels. I ended up choosing an apartment that was in high demand and Matt worked very quickly and thoroughly to secure the apartment and walk me and my company through the process of renting a NYC apartment. I would strongly recommend Matt and NextStep.

Next Step delivered as advertised. Easy, one day and we found THE apartment that we are thrilled with. We started in the west village and made our way to NoHo where we found the one. Victoria was absolutely terrific to work with. She had a list curated just for us and within budget. She led us around town with patience and a great sense of humor. She gave us great advice throughout the day and afterwards. Thanks Victoria and Next Step!
