Been banking with Citibank for 10+ years, never had a problem. Always my bank.
Waiting for customer services suck,they only care for their kind.
They never pickup the phone, why they put the phone number on the business card?
If there was a better bank I'd take my buz elsewhere!!
Disgusting experience with personal banker, beyond ill-mannered . I was treating extremely unfairly, unprofessional. Zero customer service skills! Wondering if it happened, because of being non-Chinese origin!!
I would not even give them a one star. Citi Bank in the Bronx - Southern Pkwy. Phew !!!

The only thing of any value are the Red, white, and blue logos. Lines are obnoxious, ambiance is prison-like, and tellers are non communicative . Another Fat, bloated Shylocking crooked joint, resting on its laurels. Hours are stubbornly not even trying to live the industry standards established by TD.
The manager is an As$&@%# very rude and un pleasant, I asked him why he was not cashing my check and he replayed: i decided Not too!! F#%€£ you
