HSBC Bank

I would give this bank a zero if I had to. Customer service is the worst. They treat you like little kids. They don't care about how you feel. They not only don't want to help, but make life difficult for you. I took my money out immediately and move to another bank where they appreciate my business.

This is by far the absolute worst bank to ever disgrace this earth. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank.

This branch is better than other HSBC branches. Deposited $ into my account many times. Waiting time is always short. Customer service is excellent.

After I moved, it's difficult to update address.

No stars made mistake giving it one Get ready to wait a week to see a teller . No matter how long the line 1 teller who is usually slow as a turtle. Trying over a year to get a safe deposit box. Your call

It's very convenient having access to two ATMs outside.

I have never been treated so poorly by bank tellers providing a service to me.I will never come back to this HSBC bank.
