Zoraima is excellent. She's amazing and very hardworking.Very happy with my loan she even helped me with how to sign up for auto payments. Explains everything step by step has alot of patience and is very caring that is what this world needs! I'd give this bank 10 stars and it all because of her.

Sometimes people are in a rush and they demand. At Location has an excellent customerservice, 8 tellers any 6 atm machines + the representatives. what else can you ask. ???? calm and wait for your turn.

i always go there late night to take out cash from the atm because its closer to my job.. its nice,clean and uiet over there. fast and efficient service.

Apparently, this place does not have an AC! Its way too hot every time I go there. Also, the service was not great.

If I can give them negative stars I would. People in there don’t have a slightest clue about how to operate a branch. Been looking to close the account for weeks now and their hours change every day. Lines around the block. One employee says one thing the other says another. Do yourself a favor and get a different bank.

Called about student loans. I asked if they offered them, they said “no” and hung up. Kinda funny how unprofessional that was. Maybe we just disconnected though, who knows.

Im so mad,after 5 monts with this virus,and u guys dont required a mask,and u don't even have hand sanitizer and ur locations.i can't believe,very disappointed.

Karen the branch manager and Tatyana were so helpful and so pleasant. I was having an issue that I was trying to resolve for over a month and they were able to help me in a day! They made me feel at ease - great customer service.

Does not matter if 25 people are on the line, there will only be two 2 tellers. Frustrating bank to deal with. Its close to my house or I would go elsewhere.

If you aren’t Spanish, then your pretty much screwed my friends. Please go to the Steinway location where staff is friendly and educated.
