I have always experienced excellent customer service. Today I went in and found the staff to be very friendly and thorough. Jonathan Torrez and Abha did a great job assisting me and taking care of what I needed. A great example of the amazing essential workers getting us through this challenging year. Thank you.

The employees in his bank know very little. The manager promises to call back and never does. I have never seen such incompetence.hsb should look into it. Will never bank there again.
