I went to New York for Memorial Day Weekend to take in the sights . While there, I brought along a Citizen watch I could not set, no matter how many videos I watched. The employee in the middle was happy to take my watch and set the time correctly. While waiting on my watch, I browsed their huge selection of excellent watches. Since the customer service was so great, I purchased two watches ⌚⌚ from the store. One for me and one for my girlfriend. I highly recommend you stop by if you are in Times Square.
This store has a good range of watches and the staff is very nice also. The man who helped us gave us a lot of details and information about the watches and let us try them all. The location is the best
Friendly staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Great options for all genders. Went to get my watch adjusted and the patron was very patient with me, I was in and out in 10 minutes.
I came in to set my satellite wave gps watch to the proper date and time. Scheidel M was able to help me quickly and answer all my questions. Great service, the location has a nice collection on display. Overall I’m very satisfied with my visit.
I had a wonderful experience with Shy. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. My wife and I couldn't decide on what we liked and he was super patient with us, taking his time and explaining I details the difference between the watches. I wish I could give him 10 stars! If you're in the market for a new watch, make sure you ask for Shy!
This store is amazing! The manager on duty showed us some imported watches from Japan that were simply breathtaking. The prices were exemplary and would honestly recommend citizen to any one looking for quality movements. Will definitely come back on a future trip.
It was great. I had a brief look at all the watches and and some excellent tips about eco drive. Will surely swing by again to get me one to add to my collection. The sales rep was very helpful.
It's the best place to buy your Citizen watches. Friendly service and well stocked selections. Even if you're not looking to buy a watch it's still worth the visit if you're in the area.
I walked in with my daughter on 8/30/17 bc my wife bought me a Citizens watch a year ago but I was struggling to correctly set it up. I walked in and was greeted right away. The 2 gentleman were both very pleasant and helpful. Not once did they try and push for me to make a purchase and genuinely wanted to help me. Don't get me wrong they used open-ended questions to try but we're never aggressive and I loved that. Not only did they help set up my watch but made me feel welcomed. I have work in retail for 15 years and the experience my daughter and I were given shows that not only did they want to help a customer but wanted to represent the brand at the highest level. I wish I took there names but those 2 young men brought you a existing customer going forward. Please recognize them and Thank You!
My husband decided to get me and my daughter a present for our birthdays by buying us each an eco-drive watch. On the next day, when we looked at my daughter's watch, it was not working at all. Not one of the hands on the watch was moving. We thought that maybe it did not charge enough and decided to put it under an artificial light for it to continue charging. But the next day it was still not working so we were forced to exchange it. My watch was working perfectly fine however, when I went to put it on for the first time, I saw that when the watch face was on the center of my wrist, like it was supposed to be, the closure was on the side of my wrist, meaning that the strap was made poorly. Since I couldn't wear it, we had to exchange this watch as well. We decided to get my another watch in exchange for the one we had to give back. This watch was also an eco-drive watch and the first time I wore it, by the end of the day when I had taken it off, my wrist was colored completely black from the strap. Not to mention, the leather that the straps was made of did not feel like leather at all. Instead it felt like rough plastic. I decided to come to the store by myself in order to return the watch. But even though I paid with cash, the worker and the manager of the store refused to return me the money and said that I would have to wait 40 minutes until someone would maybe buy something only because they didn't have cash in the till. SERIOUSLY?!?! You are a store located on Time Square and you don't have cash to return to people at only 6 pm. It was only $143 too. Or they told me that I would have to leave my watch, file a return, and return to the store to take my cash only 2 or even more days later. And I have to do this as well as listen to their stupid explanations after I spent an hour and a half to get to this store?! Only after 25 minutes of fighting, the manager of the store contacted the other manager by phone and told me that they would return me my cash but only to my debit card even though I didn't pay with it. But during the 25 minutes, he kept telling me "what's the problem with returning a few days later to get my money?" and also kept telling me that there was nothing else he could do for me when clearly, he could. Also, the only reason that my husband decided to buy the watch in the store is because if you buy them online, they have a weird policy where they only return the money to you after 2 weeks and it involves several various and unnecessary steps. Now I am not surprised why on Times Square at only 6 pm where there are millions of people, there were no customers for the entire duration of the time I spent there.
