My partner and I had a great experience at this location. Leila tall, dark hair, glasses was a great help in selecting our first Tissot watches. She was very informed of the brand and makes, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were satisfied with our watches. We actually went back to purchase a second watch two days after our initial purchase. I highly recommend this location!
I only stopped by on a whim to inquire about my watch, and the technician there kindly squared me away. Absolutely made my day
Helpful staff and not too pushy. And obviously, some real good watches. Only problem is that you will pay full retail here.
My experience buying a watch here was good. Sales person was informative about all of there watches. But after 8 months my watch stopped working. Makes me question about there quality of there watches. You can get this watch at Walmart for half the price.
Leila was so helpful and friendly! She changed a battery in my watch so quick. The best service ever! Thank you so much!
Great experience! Came in as young adults and although me and my friends said that we weren't going to buy anything, we had the chance to learn many things about watches! Thanks, Michael! You were very helpful and we're going to buy pur next watch from tissot for sure!
Wonderful staff. They were always ready to answer any of my queries. The Tissot my mom was using had a lengthy chain strap. They helped adjust the same. They also have some great deals
Feel compelled to say how upset we are with your Times Square NYC store. My partner wanted to treat me to the Seastar 1000 but a reputable jeweller chain in the UK is offering 10% off. We asked if they could match it...wow did the friendly and helpful attitude switch off. Your sales colleague became quite rude and asked "what's the difference in 70 dollars". Well to most people I'd say that's a considerable saving and money really shouldn't be snubbed like that when you don't know peoples' circumstances. Needless to say the attitude ruined our shopping experience and we swiftly left the store. We're now considering other watch brands as we feel we cannot agree with Tissot's attitude towards peoples' financial circumstances.
I have a somewhat large collection of various automatic Seiko watches, a vintage Omega Seamaster, a few Citizen Eco-Drives, etc, and I wanted to eventually add an entry-level Automatic Swiss watch with an ETA movement. I wondered into the Tissot store in Times Square, because there was a particular Tissot I liked, and considered buying in the past. I had zero intention of buying a watch when I went into the store, but the sales people were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable, I started to get swayed into buying one. I knew I could buy the watch at a lower price than what the store was asking, but the professionalism of the sales staff made me say “screw it, It all evens out in the long-run” I hope Tissot pays them well. Very pleased with my purchase.
The general manager of this boutique did his best to make up for the behavior and services of his employees, and I change my negative rating to a positive one. This place can improve and will improve.
