I really like the folks at this bank and I have been treated respectfully. They are efficient and very patient especially if I made a mistake :. They have pretty good banking software but every once in a while they have a misread so they manually verify them. I especially like they have a machine that counts the cash because it is a breeze getting through the lines. Drive through is amazingly fast too!
I have been a customer since 1993, before Citizens merged with 1st NH Bank. The North Elm Street branch not only are they very knowledgeable, & follow-up if there's an issue in a timely manner. They know there customers on a 1st hand basis. You're sincerely not " just another customer person. I highly recommend this branch, as you can see there are already many reviews already...Kevin Gurley
Absolutely the worst customer service ever for a bank institute. Actually saw a bank supervisor, I think her name is Kelly, pick her nose and look at it while on the phone the first week Covid shut down Elm St. Waiting 50 minutes for a "consultant" is a joke on their website #. Can't wait to open another account from this bank. Just my thoughts. Ewwwe
After banking with citizens bank for over 15 years. Opened my first account at 18 in Massachusetts. I'm completely stunned by the way I, a customer, was just treated. Despicable display of professionalism by the female teller at the bank. Treated like I was a criminal because a check I was cashingfrom another citizen bank banker apparently didn't line up with their usual checks. Not only was it not properly explained to me. Until I started asking questions Then the lady decided to take it upon herself after realizing she was wrong and tried making it seem like I was an unruly customer. MAD my character as well as the other customers was questioned? Yes Voiced my Frustration? Yes Caught the female in a lie? Yes Unruly? No.
The staff and managers here are stellar. Every experience I've had has been positive. They've even gone above and beyond the call of duty and gave me chocolate when I was overwhelmed with managing my mother's finances. Just fantastic!
I recently switched from TD to citizens and couldn't be happier. I just had the best customer experience at this branch, they even initiated assisting me with an issue I thought would take forever on the phone to handle and handled it in minutes.
I been with this bank for over 15 years with both personal and business accounts. Lately, they have become so bad in costumer service. The drive true tailors have had attitude and been grumpy to the point that I already stated finding another bank to do business with, they are terrible :.
I had a bad experience with ben.... but then I realized that Its my fault and I just can't bank properly. I said pretty nasty things to ben at this branch and he was still able to overlook what I said and get down to business and fix the issues. I highly recommend this branch for business .
