Citizens Bank

Why is it this bank can never do anything but take your money and deposit your money. Nobody can do wire transfers, nobody can notarize documents. ATM machines are always down. What is really going on at this branch.

Atm always broken, line out the door no matter what time it is. Never have the denomination of money requested or too lazy to get it.

This is by far the best citizen branch I went to, very helpful.

They're always super friendly when I go in. Sure sometimes there is a line, but it's not a large bank. I go when I have plenty of time.

Atm's always broken down, once in a blue works.

I must have very low expectations compared to others but I have always found the staff at this bank to be helpful and efficient.
