Love this place, my first bank when i was 18, the only thing I'm asking for is ATM that send receipt via email, I know other bank are doing it, because my friend done it at Santander ATM and that save paperwork and proof that you did a deposit or withdraw, this is 2021, please have an ATM with email receipt.
They keep you waiting for a good half an hour and they also look at you like if you’re from some other planet!!
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone so I had no choice but to go into the branch for a card replacement. Terrible customer service, no one even acknowledges you or makes eye contact with you. Get better staff or have a floor supervisor.
I m starting not to like metro after the new updates they had made I cannot use Zelle no matter how many times I sign in and put the code to access my Zelle account I’ve been with metro for so long I’m just starting to get really tired of them now with everything.
Service and customer service has been horrible since the pandemic. New mobile app rollout was terrible and half the features DO NOT WORK! Including the secure messaging feature ‼
Gd luck getting anyone on the phone....I have better luck calling the IRS or RMV!
