If I could give zero stars I would. I accidentally took two cabs from this company in one night. Both times my card was "declined" all 3 cards I tried. The driver insisted I give him cash even though I could see on my mobile banking statement that I was charged. The cab driver was screaming at me and calling me a liar while I was trying to talk to my bank on the phone. My bank said if they could talk to the driver they could sort it out but he refused and was screaming something about how all Americans are liars. I felt threatened enough that I just jumped out of the cab and then the driver stayed parked in front of my house for another 20 minutes. At the end of the night I was charged twice for my first cab ride and 3 times for the second. When I tried to call the cab company, nobody ever answered after being on hold for 40+ min each time. This is absolutely why I will never take anything but uber or lyft again. I will be sure to make sure none of my friends take this cab service ever again either.
To give them a 1 star is a gift. Sergey Mitnik, license 100301 in cab P1275 is a horrible driver. I was in the phone when I got into the cab having a very important personal conversation regarding my daughter. He proceeded to turn around and tell me to stop screaming in his ear, which by no means was I screaming.......and then told me I was a guest in his car..... no, I’m paying for this ride. Can’t say enough about how unprofessional and rude this man was.
Terrible. Will never order a taxi from them again. I ordered a taxi to go to the airport and the guy never showed up. I called them and they had to send another driver, so we had to wait extra long. To be fair to the replacement driver, he made his ETA amd was nice.
I have never had a good experience with this company. The customer service is horrible, rude and unprofessional. Most times I've called they forget to dispatch taxis. Since they have caller ID they ignor your call if you call back. There are so many other cab services in Philadelphia by the airport that are friendly, will give you better service, dont over charge and will be on time for pick ups. I cant count how many times not only I but collegues and friends and people Ive talked to in general have gotten hung up on by the rude women who answer the phone. Shame on this company for hiring horrible staff. This company would do so much better if better employees worked there who actually cared about their company.
I normally don't have a problem with them but i called around 11pm as I got off work lady said 10 mins ok cool. Around 1130 I receive a call from the company and the gentleman says another 15 mins.. it is now midnight i call back which 3 different people hung up on me and when a lady finally answers she has a nasty tone to say the haven't found a cab to come my way smh and then you cab companies wonder why people use uber and lyft !
I was literally driving behind one of their vans and when I switch over into another lane the van driver goes into my line and I almost hit the beginning of a bridge merging onto US 1 and he's speeding like a mad man with kids in the van! If my child were in that vehicul this company would have another thing coming. When I pulled up next to him he not once apologized or anything he actually gave me a dirty look! I called and filed a complaint!
First time ever called and never will again. First i waited a hr, no cab came so i called back. When i called i was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and the lady could not give me no estimation on when a cab could be coming which i didnt understand since they are only a mile away. I am glad i wasnt catching a flight or going to work. Seem ver unreliable
Good afternoon im actually on the phone on hold with very rude staff who shouldn't have jobs I was calling in with a complaint regarding a driver who was on the phone driving recklessly with the vehicles flasher on now all day long that means to me that the vehicle should be in park which means stopped. So I called the Corp and spoke to Ms Brock who was very unprofessional in handling the concern very ignorant I thought unbelievable no company should have a person answering there phones representing their company in a rude disrespectful manner all I can say is WOW.
Staff is unprofessional. We told them exactly where to go and they went to a totally different place. Next time I need to go somewhere, I'm going Uber. Much more professional. I'm surprised this cab company is still in business.
Second experience of the cab service running over 1 hour late to catch a red-eye. Never again contacting them. I do not reccomend. Doesn't even earn a single star.
