City Cleaners

Speedy service, great price, and I wished my local cleaners used these user friendly tags. At home I have to struggle to remove heavy duty staples from my shirt tags and belt loops. I plan to use City Cleaners on all future trips here.

I am impressed with the five-star customer service. Kim has great memory recall, she even knows her customers by name. Great location with easy access and convenient parking. Now that I found City Cleaners I would not go anywhere else with my clothes.

Used this shop more than a dozen times ... not a single time was my laundry ready on the day it was supposed to be done. Always a day or two late ... at least. Besides that the quality of service was always mediocre. Would not recommend this shop, especially since there are many more dry cleaner options in Crystal City...

Ruined a Borrelli tie and damaged two dress shirts. Items were dropped off in November 2018. They have, so far, refused to compensate me for the damage or even the dry cleaning bill and have instead opted to try and “fix” the tie for the last three months. Unfortunately, every attempt by them has made it worse.
