Horrible quality. It takes them a week to dry clean a basic item. My clothes had to be redone a couple times but the marks still stayed. Also they ironed the dress that must be steamed only, that ruined the fabric! Maybe you can trust them with a simple shirt but not an expensive evening gown. Never doing it again.

My go-to for dry cleaning when I lived in the area. Great service every week for 2 years. Reasonable prices and kind staff. They do alterations as well if you need something brought in, let out, etc.

Wonderful service, I brought dress pants that needed a hem, and had a whole in the inseam and both were fixed perfectly. $20 for both and it would have taken me forever to do on my own.

Staff is very polite, the service is exceptional. Everything I could ask for in a dry cleaning company. I recently moved into the area and Crystal Cleaners will always be my go to.

Essential workers need their uniforms back You can’t just close shop without at least giving your customers a chance to pickup their items, this is unacceptable

I gave them a $650 jeans to dry clean and told them twice it is dry clean only. They eventually washed the jeans and totally ruined it.

Moved to the area in sept of 2014 and This is my go to cleaners! Both ladies are great and know exactly what there doing Ive never had an issue and They are reasonably priced!

They do exceptional work!!! Small shop, but one of the absolute best in the area!!
