City Market at O Street
"Swim in our beautiful pool, cozy up to a fire pit, pick some herbs from our garden or walk your furry friend in our dog park—all above the city. With spacious open floor plans and a yoga and cycling studio, your home has everything you need. Venturing out? Join the lively Shaw neighborhood’s excitement. Just two blocks from the Mount Vernon Square Metro, the rest of the city is at your convenience. But with Giant, Starbucks, a gelateria and restaurants all on our ground floor where else would you need to go?"

Greetings! DC is once again back to busy! Well I found the city market Giant well stocked and being stocked to satisfy their customers. Checkout their Organic fruit and veggies section bright and beautiful not like some other big grocery store chains which will remain nameless Giant's Organic fruits and vegetables are always in wonderful shape and tasty and reasonable, not weather beaten and priced to entice you to buy, buy lol. So please stop by this local Giant and enjoy the busy atmosphere and friendly customer service where they actually treat you like family!
Today I had a tour guided by Miss Nikki Rizzo for City Market at O and Intersect at O and had a very good impression of these two communities. Even when Intersect at O is not finished, I'm pretty sure that it will be a very great place to live and hope to be able to rent one of their beautiful units. Also I want underline that Nikki was a very professional and friendly leasing associate, she answered all my questions and talked to me in Spanish when I told her my English was not very strong. If you want to lease one of this communities, that would be a smart decision :
GOOD LUCK MOVING OUT OF HERE! My husband and I lived at City Market at O for 2 years from 2019-2021 and overall had a great experience living here. The problem started almost a year after we moved out. Before our final month, the building provided a final invoice. We paid it in full like we did every month and had proof of zero balance when we left. I thought that would be the end of it and we moved out of the district. You can imagine how surprised I was when I get a letter in the mail 9 months later that City Market at O sent me to COLLECTIONS over a bill that didn’t exist. I called the office and showed proof of my zero balance thinking they made a mistake. Apparently the manager says her staff did the math wrong on our final payment and therefore sent ME to collections based on their error. Mind you, they had me and my husband’s new address, phone number, email, etc. and not a single attempt was made to contact us and get it settled!!! Just sent straight to collections. People make mistakes I would have worked with them, but attempting to ruin my credit on a bill I didn’t even know existed is inexcusable. Moral of the story- apparently it’s your job as a resident to check their math and make sure you don’t get hit with a surprise bill. The manager told me and I quote “the move out packet with the final invoice is just a courtesy” so do your own math so you don’t go through what I’ve been through. After paying $3500 a month on time every single month, Bozzuto should be embarrassed that they would sent a tenant to collections over an error made by their own staff. I can’t pay a bill when my balance is zero dollars. If you move here, good luck.
City Market at O is one huge grocery in my old neighborhood that I grew up in I attend to go there after I get my haircut several blocks from there. You can get your basic groceries of milk, eggs, produce as well as deli food like fried chicken, sushi and various side items to create a quick meal for lunch or dinner
I love living at 880P. I’m so grateful for Jennifer, Tish, Leslie, and Nikki. They make living here feel like home!
Lived here about 6 years now. It’s hands down the best management I’ve experienced as a renter. They have frequent community events, excellent communication, and an awesome maintenance staff. The apartment we live in actually had a water related issue and they handled it so great—we joked that our old apartment would have given us a few paper towels and called it a day. Also want to shout out the concierges: Nikki, Nina, Ms. Mary, JENNIFER and so many others who are simply the best!!!!
EDIT 11/4/2022: As a response to my review, the property manager reached out. They changed their story, bringing in new types of charges, and then claimed to be trying to make up for their lack of communication by waiving a portion of my 'overdue' balance. After trying unsuccessfully to get them to see the absolute ridiculous nature of continuing to pursue this claim and being threatened with collections, I unfortunately will have to pay the balance to avoid ruining my credit with a collections balance. Watch your back with Bozzuto. ORIGINAL REVIEW: RENTER BEWARE: This place is ridiculous. They contacted me 13 months after moving out for an alleged overdue balance and are now threatening to send me to collections even though their assistant general manager provided to me, IN WRITING, confirmation that I had no owed balance upon moving out. They claim they were not able to contact me because of the DC COVID Moratorium but there is absolutely nothing that prevents a landlord from contact a tenant about a balance for the first time. Shady business practices trying to punish an upstanding tenant for their alleged book-kerping mistakes.
Love the fun events like comedy night, looking forward to repeating them in the next cycle!
I had a great time at the community candle-making event! LaLoveScents did a great job hosting
Adriana and the whole leasing team has been super responsive and easy to deal with!
