I got a ticket just for parking in front of my driveway.guy said I was close to the curb I was not even close they lie it’s the third time he gives me a citation. You just don’t give a break

Just found out a parking ticket was issued for my car. It came in yellow noticed. This is unacceptable. Will be paying it just not to go and deal with them.

The representative was very rude with her conversation , as if she didn’t want to do her job . Then she act as if I was bothering her and she wasn’t going to put in a report .

My vehicle was not unattended. I was literally outside getting back into my car when the citation was issued. I will be disputing this. They unfairly target low income/working class neighborhoods, especially those undergoing gentrification. You won’t see a ticket for parking the wrong way on a lexus.

Couldn’t park in front of my house if they didn’t tow. The sign has a picture of a tow truck on it. Learn to pay attention

Don’t even deserve 1 star. They are taking innocent hard working peoples money. I would ashamed to work here. You are better off just parking in a pay lot than parking anywhere on the streets because they will find SOMETHING to get you for.

I’ve been here a few times to pay for meter bagging permits on our construction projects, and everyone here is always so kind and very helpful! Teresa does a great job of informing me when our permit is about to expire and always processes our applications in a timely manner. Also, they decorate their office so cute for every holiday!
