LAZ Parking

I could not figure out how to make a payment and never got to a screen to enter card payment I went back after going in a nearby business and was finally given an access screen to pay by a card for $22.69 The charge went through and I thought that I was done with the matter Then I just received a bill for paying after the grace period for an additional $87 This has got to be a scam. The horrible reviews say so as well. All for an hour and fifteen minutes. $109.96 Total The business I went to has lost me as a returning customer because of LAZ Parking

Probably the most expensive surface lot that I've used in Austin. I have a taller vehicle for work, so I have to use surface lots or street parking. I parked here for about six hours on a Wednesday night and it cost $53. Totally bananas. They also don't publicly list their prices, so you have to get into the lot, scan a QR code, and waste time to even find out how much you're going to get gouged.

Do not use this lot. They will rip you off. Not only was the price way too high but my credit card was charged a Finance charge of an additional $10 after I paid.

This lot takes advantage of parkers with ridiculously high prices. List lot prices when drivers enter vs parked and scanning QR code. Have someone in lot, you’re making plenty of $ to pay them.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PARK HERE!! If you do not pay within 10 minutes of parking in their lot you will receive a fake violation notice letter from Parking Revenue Recovery Services demanding $80 dollars! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! They will threaten you with debt collection services if you refuse to pay. 1. There are no CLEARLY VISIBLE signs that state their policy is to pay within 10 minutes after you enter the lot. there is a small red sticker at the payment terminal in small white letters that says this 2. There is no parking attendant on site so use at your own risk. 3. Their rates are high anyway, go elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

UNETHICAL, PREDATORY BUSINESS! Took ~10 minutes to pay from time entering the lot base cost was $25 for 2.5 hour stay. Later received a bill by mail for $80 violation due to paying after the "grace period" with threatening language stating debt collector will be contacted in 14 days if $80 violation fee is not paid and vehicle may be subject to towing or booting, owner may be liable for additional costs and fees, etc.

My friend and I wanted to go to Speakeasy. We went to this super small lot and after standing in line to pay for 20 min, we realized that the fee to park there was astronomical and unreasonable. We decided not to park there and leave. A week later I get a Parking Notice for $80 for 20 min of parking there, mind you, the time it took to try to pay. DO NOT park here or even come in their lot. Their predatory behavior is not legal. I fully intend to send them a letter of appeal and if needed, let them take me to court for this.

Lot is super over priced. Also they charge an INSANE amount if you’re late getting your car. Granted I went over allotted time for my parking and totally get there’s a late fee, but $80 for being 18 minutes over is just extreme. Also paid $22 for 4 hours of parking, so i spent over $100 for roughly 4 hours. Look for parking elsewhere, better off paying for parking in a garage spot somewhere

Beware, do not park here. You are better off going to the nearest parking garage. If you are over by 5 minutes, you will be charged $80. The customer service representatives do not know the meaning of customer service and will hang up on you. Crazy this company exists at all. Scam and should be investigated by the City of Austin.

11: mins and 2 secs over the time limit = $80. I called to negotiate this amount to something more reasonable - and was hung up on by the staff member. Would give this entity zero stars if possible - very unethical- certainly was not posted prominently
