Nice people to deal with in person, and via phone. Don't agree with the fact they put rules in place then admittedly don't enforce them but who am I to judge.
This is the best parking department in entire country.
Odd this day and age to find a government operation that is both friendly and efficient. Great that they are open until 7pm Tuesday. Phones were even answered timely by a human, yeah!
They are the worst parking department in the whole country. They don't even care when you even have a solid argument with them.
