Horrible Customer service. I recommend that you’d better write down or record the information they give you. Otherwise there will be another story when you come next time!
The sign with the rates is behind a over grown Bush. I was charges 2 dollars for literally pulling in the garage and pulling right out. I called customer service and the man who mumbled his name was rude and hung up on me. Worst garage ever.
With all the money this garage makes monthly and one elevator has been down 2 months!! Smh.
Staff have been friendly and never had issues with safety after 20 years of using this lot.
This is where I live. Gotta work on getting housed. Sucks being homeless.
