CityStash Storage

I had a great experience with the movers-- they were very efficient and friendly! However, upon receiving my furniture in my new apartment, my TV that was kept in storage was completely cracked. I have been trying to get in contact with this company for the past two weeks, and no one has returned my calls or responded to my emails. Their customer service is horrendous and if it weren't for the movers, I would give CityStash Storage one star.

Do not use CityStash. They overcharge you and have hidden fees. There are much cheaper and much better storage companies in the DC area.

This is the way storage should be done. I had a love seat and a few bits that I needed out of the house to make way for a new roommate. I am so glad I found CityStash! The cost for storing my items was the best out there, and even better, they came and picked everything up! No renting trucks and begging friends to come help me move stuff. I am so glad I didn't have to lug that love seat myself. It was so easy to let them know that I needed stored, their estimate prices were spot on, and they bring as many boxes/containers as you think you'll need, then only charge you for what you use. The staff is brilliant! Polite, friendly, helpful, professional, personable... all that good stuff. In a time when customer service seems dead, these guys are beyond wonderful. I could rave and rave, but bottom line? Use CityStash!! You wont regret it!

As a professional organizer, I'm not a fan of off site storage. It's difficult to transport items there, I find people forget about what's stored, and you pay for space you don't use. With CityStash Storage which I actually use, I love the online portal, showing you what you stored, and that you pay for only the space you use! And living in a city, where having a car is a minority, the helpful crew of CityStash does all the work. They came to my home, provided storage bins, came back to pick up my stash on time, too! and took it to their storage location. It's there when I need it and the delivery cost is very affordable. I recommend them all the time!

Awesome experience. They were able to accommodate my short notice. They were professional, quick and took a heavy weight off of my shoulders. If you living in DC and need storage. CityStash is the way to go. They come to you!

CityStash Storage is great! I recently moved back to the Bay Area from NYC and CityStash was extremely helpful. I didn't know what I would need since I only wanted to store a few things winter clothes that aren't needed here, etc. Everyone there was super friendly, extremely responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend them!

I found them to be very accommodating and understanding and highly recommend to anyone looking for storage solutions. The day before Memorial Day I called CityStash to see if they could accommodate a last minute delivery of storage boxes and asked if they could also wait while I quickly packed up my items for their storage facility. It turns out their offices are normally closed for that holiday but they were willing to make some Memorial Day pickups. I had a great experience with them and I will use them again if I need to.

Best option for storage in the DC area!! I am not sure I can find the words to compliment the guys at CityStash enough! In my opinion they have their business all figured out: from the simple online bin ordering & inventory system, quick response to questions, on time delivery & pick up... all of the above comes with a smile even after multiple trips up my stairs! My overall experience with them has been absolutely fabulous and I will definitely recommend CityStash to anyone with storage needs!

CityStash Storage offered me a delightful storage experience. When I wrote to ask about their services, I got quick and helpful answers to my questions from Tim. When my boxes were delivered, the delivery guys were extra courteous and professional. When it was time to deliver our goods back, they arrived in perfect condition and the drop off was just as smooth as the pick up! CityStash Storage is an excellent option for folks who might want self storage without the hassle of lugging their items, transporting them and then doing it all over again. In my case, I am not exactly a weight lifter !!! so I was super worried about being able to handle the lifting and storage. I dreamed up a place like CityStash Storage and what do you know? It existed! Good luck to this wonderful, perfect-for-today business that has it all together. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and would offer them my most enthusiastic recommendation!

I recently moved my my apartment to my husband's place, and I needed a company that could pick up, store, and deliver my furniture back to me. Enter CityStash. They wrapped and picked up my furniture in record time, their delivery guys were extremely nice and professional, and the price point was and is perfect. I highly recommend CityStash and have been telling all my friends about what a great experience I've had with them.
