This place is great! The staff are always welcoming and you can tell that they are true animal lovers. I have been getting my cat groomed here and it’s been the best experience. Molly is so caring and friendly and you can tell she really loves what she does. My cat always comes home smelling amazing and she’s so relaxed. Thank you Molly for pampering my baby!

I have been coming to this particular City Vet for 3 years and can say I absolutely love this vet. Shout out to Dr. Perez! I have had my dog for 9+ years and have seen an array of vets. And I must say he is my favorite of all. He listens, is kind and friendly, and is absolutely everything you want in a vet. The staff is always friendly, and I've never had to wait. Thank you for everything!

I’d like to thank everyone that helped my mom yesterday with her kitty Bullet. My mom had a collapsed hip and her cat got sick and was so appreciative that Jake the vet tech came out to do a curbside check in and checkout because she seriously could not walk. She also had such a pleasant experience when she called to talk to someone and Clara at the front desk was such a huge help getting her set up and organizing the food and cat treats that were Perscription, also having it sent out to her car on pick up. She also had all of her questions answered by the sweetest person Gabby and stayed on the phone with her for a longer time then usual and didn’t rush her so she could get all of her questions answered without feeling pressured to get off the phone she just kept telling me how nice Gabby was to her on the phone and how she made her feel special. Thanks to you all we both appreciate all the help yesterday

This is regarding my visit on 11/1/22. Brought my dog Wynston in for vaccines and annual exam/mild health concerns. Really like Dr. Perez! Very friendly, realistic and doesn't recommend unnecessary tests. However, when I initially called to set up my appointment two weeks ago, whoever answered did not have friendly phone etiquette and was miserable to talk to. I don't like to toss people under the bus but that is something they should work on. The tech and front desk staff working during my visit on 11/1/22 were super friendly and professional. Find out who your rude person is and provide better phone training. I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering you at your job while trying to take care of my best friend. Without the rude scheduling would be five stars.

I have been fortunate to have pretty great vets through my dog's life, but I have been so so impressed with City Vet. Every single person is so friendly and helpful. They communicate VERY quickly through email perfect for someone like me who doesn't like talking on the phone. They are close to my apartment, well priced, and generally just great in every way I have experienced so far.

Came back to Denver after 6 yrs away with a kitten. Two weeks in and she had what I’ll call an ‘upset tummy’. CityVet was able to schedule me for a same-day appointment, and when I arrived I was pleased to find a very knowledgeable, professional staff that answered all my questions and provided me with solid info and a game plan to get my cat back on track. The service seemed inexpensive and tailored. Dr. Mecuri and the other staff members obviously love helping animals; I’ll come back in a heartbeat.

I came to this Clinic the first time for my cat's routine vaccinations back in September, and I just went again today for a grooming appointment. Both times the service was fantastic, booking an appointment is incredibly easy, and the prices are very affordable. I have nothing but positive things to say and would recommend to anyone

The staff here are excellent! They were extremely knowledgeable and gave you time to ask questions. I never felt rushed and was treated with the same respect they gave my new kitten; These people truly care about animals

The actual doctor/vet that we deal with Dr Perez seems kind, not rushed, and empathetic. The staff...a bit discombobulated thanking my 7th grade science teacher for teaching me that word. We asked many times over many days to call me rather than my spouse who is at work usually. Who do they call each time? her. I literally even checked with them 15 minutes before a call back ...and still my spouse got the call back. Got mixed communication multiple times from several different techs on whether a medication was administered to our dog - one said yes, another said no, they both looked at each other puzzled. Seems like some clear miscommunication or just lack of communication happening here. Pretty frustrating.

Was generally ok but lacked flexibility of making time for our pets when we were in need to be seen soon. In addition, was turned away once for being 15 minutes late with a sick pup but there were times I had to make multiple trips to the clinic because they would forget to do something during our visit like a vaccine or routine test.
