Clark County Water Reclamation District

We have horrible smell in this part of the valley and no one seems to care. The air quality is horrible and we deserve better. Taking my complaining publicly to one of the news channels, this smell lingers for days and wouldn't be tolerated in another part of town!

I need to stop service. No option to do it online. Not even a phone number posted. Useless website for start/stop service. And, closed on Friday. No phone system set up to stop service.

The parking lot is empty. The building looks closed for business. Going through the double doors and make a right to the big window and ring the bell. The employees to look too happy, they don't smile, they do not have good customer service. However, they are fast, you are in and out within a minute.

ABSOLUTELY th worst telephone 'auto-pay' system I have ever encountered. Worse, when you manage to negotiate the several minutes long phone menu and finally get to the 'auto-pay' program it runs you around in circles! I spent 18 minutes trying to get to a live person and unfortunately got "NICK" who simply didn't care to help me and when I asked for a supervisor he - for the fourth time - asked me to explain the problem again so that he would know what to tell his supervisor!!! When I wasn't able to explain the auto-pay problem to HIS satisfaction HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I tried the internet number trying to get to a 'person' and was on hold for 22 minutes before I gave up. Just another uncaring government entity...so sad

don't understand why the website is not working nor the internet site indicaating I can pay my bill online and which is printed right on my bill, is not working.

tHIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. i HAVE CALLED THREE DAYS IN A ROW WHEN THEY FIRST OPEN AND THEY ARE ALWAYS TO BUSY TO ANSWER THE PHONE. i HAVE A QUESTION WHICH IS STUMPING ME AND i CANNOT EVEN REACH ANYONE.............. cONSIDERING THERE IS A TREMENDOUS SHORTAGE OF JOBS IN lAS VEGAS WHY DOESNT CLARK COUNTY PITCH IN AND HIRE A FEW PEOPLE.......... vERY UNHAPPY............KATHY STIPSKY

I am a truck driver that delivers to this place. The people in the waste receiving area are pretty lazy and winers. Just sharing my opinion.
