i drop a paperwork for survival beneficiary .and reviewing a 10 days later still the same, in my designation 15 years ago, i call them or you did wrong fill up the form .you has to do this way .then he hand up the phone so freaking rude, when i went to drop the paper i can't go in there because the restriction covid. the front desk lady there even get up the chair, just to check if the paperwork is correct fill up..i don't know who is in charge of this office .but the costumer service is extremely poor.
These people are completely incompetent!!!! I had nothing but problems when I first retired and now I was told that my fax for my direct deposit information was received back in the first part of October 2020 I decided to check first before I closed my other account and it’s a good thing I didn’t cancel my other direct deposit information cause now they’re telling me that they don’t have the new bank information. Totally unacceptable.....
All of the employees provided me excellent customer service the past six weeks as I have been getting all of my documents put together. They are very helpful!
I love my PERS retirement. . .its their website I hate! I’ve never had so many problem logging into any site like I do this one. Changed my password and it works, try again with same password and it tells me it’s wrong. New process all over again ...
This place needs to upgrade and communicate better. Have gotten the run around since my mother passed. One person says it's OK to fax, papers received and being processed. Two weeks later I receive a letter saying I need to bring the exact same paperwork to the office or MAIL it. The EXACT SAME PAPERWORK THEY RECEIVED BY FAX. If they'd told me from the beginning I'd have done that, but no, reps tell you one thing and then expect you to do another. PULL IT TOGETHER.
