There has to be some kind of change with the bus service las Vegas is growing and people have places to go... I'm pretty sure if services was better more people would ride the bus out here.. you guys don't support people riding more mass transit then driving to atleast bring revune up...

Very disappointed. The reliability we had last time we were in Vegas is gone. Busses arrive on no schedule ignore the "20 minutes" stated on the signs. Plan on 2hrs from anywhere on the Strip to Fremont including waiting for the bus and stops. RTC/The Deuce was so amazing last time. Get it together RTC! Pay your drivers what they are worth and recruit new drivers. Get amazing jewel of Public Transport back to its former glory.

Needed to catch an Amtrak shuttle and wasn't sure if it came to this place or the shuttle depot at the airport. I checked the board with arrivals here and only saw local busse so I went to the window and asked the employee. He told me it was not only on time but would arrive at Bay 9. So I waited two and a half hours only to find that it never came and this guy had no idea what he was talking about. Now my itinerary is all screwed up and I was stranded for an entire day of my trip. What's the moral of this story? Don't assume the people working here have any idea what they're talking about.

The worst drivers ever never on time not even once

This lady black woman short driver wears always a pony tail has always caused fight with me on buses that she drives. Today she made the apprentice driver to go and not open the front door, she only opened the back door for a lady dropped off and she saw me coming towards the front door still closed and I started knocking at the door. and then she took off. I still don't know how can RTC put the wrong people to teach how to drive when all that she knows is fight with a passenger about their scarf over their heads and pass people up in bus stops. Now my question is this lady driver going to teach how to pass up passengers as well at bus stops.  Shame on this lady driver who discriminates and fights passengers at her bus when driving and when teaching how to drive a bus for RTC company ....shame on you......

It's April 16th @ 1:34 p.m. and this was on the bus seat when I boarded. I'm on the 203 EB. I got on at Arville.. 5 new photos: Bus stop #2509, route 203 weetbound, Sands Avenue at Paradise road. Bus stop hasn't been cleaned in months. That's all urine from subhumans pissing on the bus stop.. I'd rather catch COVID RTC!!!

To the shithead bus driver who saw me AT THE DOOR door was closed, i knocked, made eye contact and took off anyway-- your life as an aging bus driver on las vegas blvd at 4 or 5 in the morning truly must suck. Retire already.

The SMF station is right next to the park n ride off Sunset. The dropoff area is set back from the parking lots. Expect to park far away if you don't get there early!
