My girlfriend and I stayed here for 8 months, and enjoyed our time! Jane was very helpful from the beginning all the way to the end, and made things painless. The units are nice, they’re dog friendly and walking distance to a city park. Would definitely recommend!
Clark Creek Village Apartments in Salem, OR. is a very clean, quiet and friendly small apt complex in a convenient part of town. The manager Jane is friendly and accessible and lives on site. It is within walking distance of two beautiful parks. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We were very disappointed with our experience living here and we cannot recommend this apartment to others. Be sure to take photos when you move in. Consider trying the rental out month-to-month before signing a lease. Make sure that you get everything in writing. For the price, you can probably find something much nicer.
