Willamette Terrace Apartments

This is my home. Its gossipy and often strange but the rent is good and I person ally like the management. Remember there are over 100 apts and few workers on site. I planted the entire garden this year.i am grateful to have a home. It's my 3rd rental and the best so far in Salem.

I made a bad review here and i dont know how to edit it. After i wrote it i realized my electric bill was my fault. This is my home and i have enjoyed it here and love the landlady so much. Not only is she kind but she is also forgiving. And Craig has done all he could possibly do for me. I am embarrassed i may have hurt any feelings.

I currently live here and it is a great place. The neighbors aren't always loud and the management is great. Decent rent prices and pet friendly. Would definitely recommend

I live here. A lot of the people are friendly and it's also pet friendly. I feel that the mgmt really isn't concerned about the dog poop on the grass inside of the apt parking area. That's also where the children play. Personally I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to make sure that your pet's and children are healthy

What a great place! It just won bronze for the best apartment complex in the Willamette Valley! There is always something for kids to do with the pool, community garden and parks just short distance.

The manager is very sweet.
