The Forum has been a really great place to live! The downtown location is very convenient, not to mention the protected parking and secure entry to along with it. The courtyard has a very cool water feature that is nice to relax near. The staff is consistent and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
Lived here for a year, this has got to be my favorite apartment ive lived in! Built in the 70s retro style apartments, gated, 1min away from safeway & has the worlds best manager! Also very reasonable and the maintenance is always quick to come and fix things when in need
Lived there over 3 years. Sonya, Rose, and the crew are very friendly. They maintain a clean and comfortable environment and they would be at the top of my list if I were look for a spot in that area again!
Manager Rose is amazing and so friendly! Very Sweet!
This was such a great place for us to land when my husband took a job with the state! Quiet apartments, good maintenance, secured entry gate and parking very good features to have in that area, walking distance to work, it really worked for us and I was sorry to leave. I'll miss you Rose!
