SLUMLORDS TO THE MAX. They ignore maintenance requests. If I don't get my deposit back they will be taken to court. Dan is a garbage human with no compassion whatsoever and they'll lure you in with a "low" rent prices but jack it up as much as possible on a yearly basis for a place that should have been condemned years before moving in.
The manager Samantha is awesome, any issues go to her she’ll help you out! My daughter and I love our apartment!

I have lived in one of there units for a year now, any time I have the slightest issue they are on it... Samantha at the front desk has always been extremely helpful making sure all are needs are met with a smile on her face..I have rented from other companies in the past and this is the best
