Lancaster Commons

I just got approved today to live here! Over the last 20yrs I have had many friends and relatives live here and loved it! Now that I am in the market for an apartment I am extremely excited to live here! Can't wait to move in! Lancaster commons and affinity are awesome and the people are really nice and friendly!

Be careful if you owe any money to these guys. I paid them off and got declined with another apartment because they are saying it still wasn’t paid and I have the receipt. Thanks Sally you’re a great manager! I think I’m gonna go to your boss now.

Awesome amenities! Hot Tub, Pool, Free Keurig coffee-bottled waters- etc, indoor basketball court, indoor gym. Fantastic staff, and maintenance. Love it!

Refused to move in, they failed to clean apartment prior moving date, bedroom carpet were very dirty and apartment didn't have new coat of paint. Office staff was very unprofessional and rude. Don't waist your time or money looking into this place.

They have decent pricing but the amount of things that have gone wrong, broken, or caused injuries in this apartment ARE NOT worth that price.

Horrible management, broken mail boxes, over priced garbage

They need to upgrade the playground. Apparently they took out more than half of it before we moved in and now it's just depressing. Very disappointed.

Hated the year me and my fiance lived here. You will get nickle and dimed over everything. So glad our lease has come to an end. I literally cant think of any positives to associate with this place.
