What a great team! Holly and Kari are awesome. We are new tenants and are looking forward to living here. They even put a welcome card and basket with tp, hand sanitizer, and other very useful items in your apartment. Amazing..Thank you. B,F, and C.

Walked arou d long enough to find area thief

I know of 4 car break ins here 2 of which happened to myself. Knowing that there location is high in crime they don't take any precautions to help lower vandalism. The security security cameras are not in any good or helpful locations. There's no security what so ever that patrols the apartments I would recommend anyone living here.

I have lived in these apartments for the last 16 years. Growing up here made my childhood memorable and the management was always great with us. I recently moved out in the beginning of May. I miss living there. Great place to be and its a great area to live in. Near everything in a walking distance.

They look nice they are spacious seemed calm. Would make sure i drove thru a few times during the night.

Mgmt is great and will fix thing as soon as you ask.

Is the best place in the county of salem oregon.

I have a buddy that lives here he says once a year there's usually a shooting or a stabbing. so I probably wouldn't recommend living here....

Location is terrible and the quality of the apartments are sub par. I guess location is everything
