Mallard Landing Apartments

The landlord is very rude. There's no visitors allowed, they have to park outside in a random neighborhood and walk in. She doesn't call back sometimes & it's a pain to get in contact with her. She leaves the office during hours and sometimes doesn't come back so it's hard to know if she'll even be there to talk to.

It's ok could use a few upgrades other then that it's ok place where u can live and relax and not have to worry its quite for the most part playground for kids pool when is clean and ready for people swimming

I lived here for 6 months from 2015 to 2016 around the time they upgraded it. The complex was trashy but they did a good job cleaning it up. The pool was nice and the laundry room was huge but kinda spendy. Landlords were nice and I got full refund of my deposit when I moved out.

They are the worst apartments I have been in for 3 years and everything has broken and to repair something they take 3 days to respond to the manaller

Very Rude lady in the office. They favor their own race. They are judgmental and unprofessional. Stay away from here

They are contracted with Towing to tow away any vehicles that the manager doesn’t like. Don’t ever rent here, don’t ever come visit here. Warning, predator Towing here. Warning, there isn’t any signs about towing.
