They do very nice work. All car detail services are available. Watch for coupons and deals. It can get very busy, so it’s best to go at opening time. Expect to leave your car for a couple of hours or more.
This place ruined the seats in my car. I have a 2022 subaru cross treck and they destroyed the seats. Their customer service was appalling when I tried to get it handled. I had a monthly membership here and decided to get my seats washed. When I had it done they said if the stains came back I had 30 days to bring it back and they would clean them again. Well when it dried I had more and worse staining then when I came in. I have a heavy work schedule and travel a lot because of it. I was able to bring it back within the thirty days I was quoted. Their "customer relations" person came out and basically accused me of lying about the stains and trying to "get a free seat cleaning" it was horrible. I will never bring my car to this place again. Please do not take your car here for anything but a straight wash. They are incompetent and rude.
I normally don't do this, however, I recently visited classic for the first time and got full interior and exterior service and besides a light vacuum there wasn't much cleaning/wiping down. Better off just saving the money and cleaning it myself.
Took my car in yesterday at 6:04pm to be vacuumed, waxed and clay bared for 220 usd. I noticed today while loading my gym bag into my car that the ash trays were open which is odd I don't smoke. Upon further inspection I noticed my ash trash was missing the leather trim I came back around 930am and told them they damaged it and was upset they didn't tell me which would've been the right thing to do so I could get it fixed by my mechanic. I spoke to the on-site Management and he first told me my car came like that which I know it didn't and that it was my fault and that there was nothing they could do despite me coming here every month to get my car waxed and vacuumed spending around 250 usd a month before my 50 dollar membership. I hope lying to your customers works out In the long run
Currently 08/17/22, unlimited exterior car was for $12.99/per month for two months promotion is going on. When I called the customer service they informed of this promotion and we joined. They also gave us two free car wash complimentary coupons ,valid for a month. The staff are very friendly. The service is quick.
I've used this car wash location in the past, and they did a great job. This most recent wash I was a little disappointed: they left a few water spots and little dots of sap sprinkled all over my car hood. I understand it gets busy and the people who dry have a lot of cars to dry. But I was able to work at the sap spots for about 10 minutes myself and a good 95% of them were washed away with some simple soap, water and towel. Maybe I should have upgraded to the ultimate wash, but I've gotten the regular wash before and this has never happened. Hmm.Service: Vacuuming
This place is great for a hand car wash. They clean pretty well and use quality products that are ‘interior friendly’. The wash can take some time on a busy day so definitely recommend planning accordingly.
The car wash and detailing came out Great, unfortunately for me as I'm in line the lady doing the check in said if I sign up for the membership that she'd throw in a clay bar finish for me for free, I was like Great where do I sign well the guy doing the clay bar on my vehicle calls and says he can't finish unless I pay another $150. Scam.
I am sure there are plenty of good car washes around and this is a good one. If you are not satisfied with something, they'll fix it. No questions asked. A perk, you can get a coffee and feed the ducks and fish in their pond.
Best car wash in town!! Also their monthly rate also makes it the most affordable. Detailers do great work and fast. Highly recommend!!
