Top notch experience. Called in and simply asked them to put together an arrangement for my mom's birthday, and include a lot of red for Xmas. They did fantastic job, kept it in my price point and Mom was exceptionally pleased. Thank you!

I received flowers from my mother on my birthday. Upon receiving the delivery at work I noticed the flowers were wilted and the arrangement seemed haphazardly thrown together. I thought maybe the arrangement had moved during transport and went to adjust it, only to realize that it was arranged that way. I sent a photo to my mother to thank her for the flowers, whom immediately mentioned that they were already wilted, but she had picked that arrangement because they were plants and i could plant them to keep them longer. I agreed that they were wilted, but regrettably informed her that they were actually cut flowers. At the end of the day I grabbed the arrangement to head home and the balloon detached from the string without me touching it, flew up to the ceiling and popped. Overall, just a bad experience with the entire order. Since this was the SECOND arrangement, I have received from the florist within the past year that was wilted I called to talk about quality of flowers with the shop. I was told the owner was out for a wedding and would return my call on Monday. It is a week later, the flowers are completely dead, and still no call back. Horrible quality of product and no customer service.

Love classic touch! I've received flowers for special occasions and they are always beautiful. I've also done the petal parties with friends and it's such a great evening will be doing it again! They have the cutest items in store too! Can't wait to shop there soon!
