Customer Service at the location is horrible!! The first time I ordered from here, I chose curbside, no one ever came out. When I went in everyone was in the back, no one at the front desk. Once I rung the bell, someone came out eating, had no gloves on, no greeting just literally looked at me. I could see my order in the glass so I advised. My order was added to me, no confirmation of my name or "Thanks, have a good day". Although that experience wasn't great I tried a second time, placed my order online for Sunday 11/20 pick up. Once again, no curbside as I requested, went in, no one at the desk again. Ring the bell, someone comes at eating again!, no greeting, I see my order in glass cabinet. Lady reached in, no gloves, handed me the order. The fruit arrangement I ordered was in a mug not a vase like what was handed to me. I asked and the lady advised their out of them. Shouldn't I have been advised of that? The arrangement was for a friends birthday, which was given to her the next day. After leaving the store, I of course refrigerated it, however, my friend advised the fruit was spoiled and not sweet. I will NEVER order from this location again!
I placed an order to be delivered Monday 9/19. Here we are Friday 9/23 and nothing is delivered!!! I've asked for a refund and haven't received any call back/email or any sort of communication. Edit: I emailed the customer service team on 9/23 and still no response from anyone! Smh Edit 2: if I could give them zero stars I would. Sent a second email to customer service and still no response. My sister in law never did get her order and I never got a response from my emails or my cancellation request.
Ordered my mom a birthday arrangement 3 days ahead of the delivery time on her actual birthday. Received a missed call with no voicemail as I was at work. I tried to return the phone call 10 minutes later and no answer. Called the store and couldn’t get through, so I entered the call back que, and still haven’t gotten a call back. When I got ahold of them finally the woman stated they do not do redeliveries and someone would have to pick it up. I live hours away hence why I ordered the delivery. My grandmother is disabled and would not be able to pick it up either. My mother now did not get her special surprise and the woman on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. The manager is not avail e to speak to either. Worst place ever. Do not waste your time. You will be disappointed surprising whomever you are trying to send something to. They’re also making an issue with receiving a refund you may have to dispute with your bank.
Did not deliver on Valentines Day and they didn’t even attempt to contact me with an update on when to expect the ordered product. Lastly I was literally told that the only confirmation I’ll receive that the company canceled/refunded my money is IF I actually receive the refund the representative informed me to check back in 7+ days if I haven’t received anything. Heed the advice of this review and previous post about this location. Find another location/ organization to trust with you money.
Was really impressed with our recent pick up! The apples were super fresh, and the chocolate was amazing. Thank you!
Edible Arrangements is my 'go-TO' place, when I want to send something 'special' to the people I classify and deem 'special' to me! Although, they are a little bit 'overpriced', they have something for EVERY occasion! Again, they are my 'GO-to' place, I LOVE them and I shop there 5-7 times a year! Why NOT? It's a 'NO-Brainer'!;
Tried sending my 88 year old grandma an edible arrangement for her birthday. Purchased a $6.99 card with message and who it’s from to go with it. Not only did the arrangement arrive late 8:30pm on a non holiday to an assisted living complex it arrived melted and with no card. They didn’t even let me know they couldn’t fulfill the card portion or ask if I wanted to add a free message since the card wasn’t available. My grandma had no idea who the arrangement was from and the only salvageable item was the pineapple. I tried calling for a refund, and they denied it saying the very blurry picture from the delivery driver did not look in bad shape. I could only get another one sent, which my grandma no longer wanted. The website says that only on holidays, should the order be delivered later than 8. I made this reservation weeks in advance. It’s one thing to receive flowers late and a tad warm, but you are literally a cold food delivery service. Sad because I’ve gotten these before in Tennessee and they were beautiful and delicious. Thanks for ruining my grandmas birthday gift and wasting my $100.
This location is terrible with no customer service. We recently had something delivered to a family member only to it be delivered late and completely melted by the time they found it. When attempting to work with the store for customer service, they told us it was our fault and would not refund any money. They said we were responsible for returning the arrangement in three days time to get our money back. No thank you!
I ordered some chocolate covered fruit for fathers day. It was truly beautiful & amazingly delicious. The staff was very kind & got my order out as quick as they could. They are overwhelmed with orders due to the holiday. Overall it was a good experience. I will be back for some more edible arrangements
TERRIBLE, if I could select 0 stars I would! I love edible arrangements and have ordered from them in the past several times but this location has NO customer service. After placing my Mother’s Day order I never received a confirmation order after they told me I would, called them back to check the status of my order and they told me another store is delivering it and they don’t know where it is and did not explain this to me when I placed my order. After asking for my receipt and order number they said they couldn’t send it because their system is down. The manager and Staff did not care about my order at all. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this location at all choose Hyvee or somewhere local and save yourself the headache!
