I first went to Classic Vapor over 6 years ago looking for an alternative to the 2 packs of cigarettes I was smoking each day. The owner Ron spent over an hour with me explaining different options and letting me try out different flavors until I was comfortable. He gave me a starter pack discount to soften the blow of the initial purchase as I was going all in with a mod, coils, and juice. Well, 6 years later I am a loyal customer who has always been treated great including discounts and perks. Classic goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and making sure everyone that walks in will walk out satisfied. If you’re new to vaping or have been at it for a long time this is a great shop, always clean, and a professional staff.

Great place. Ownership is amazing, they really take care of their customers here. The shop is always immaculate, and always stalked with the best flavors. Best vape shop in upland. Choice juice selection. You don't have 300 juices that none of the staff even try. You have a good selection of quality juice and they seem to be bringing in more mods that are fair priced every day. Great knowledgeable staff for the first time vaper to the most seasoned cloud chucker. Wonderful shop!

When I first arrived in California I tried many different vape shops. the laid-back atmosphere combined with the professionalism of their knowledge made for a fantastic experience all around. They always have excellent service. I needed glass for my tank and they didn’t have it in stock. They told me they would call as soon as they got one that fit and sure enough the next day they called. They are always nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend going there to learn or just chat.

Classic Vapor Inc is my go to shop. I've tried a few other shops before arriving to CVI and this vape shop stands above the rest. I get genuine quality juice at a reasonable price. Other shops I've been to would sell juices cheaper but for some reason I don't get the same quality flavor. The customer service is the greatest. The knowledge and experience of the representatives at CVI gives you a feeling that you purchased quality products.
