Smoke and Gift

Order a uhaul online somewhere closer, the night before they called me and they had me come to this location. Further than I wanted and you do pay by miles… store wasn’t opened on time, me and another person were outside waiting. The uhaul is parked in the rear so we were worried we got duped. But luckily he opened and we got exactly what we had ordered. Very random store he sells literally everything. Lots of old dusty stuff in there. But the man was friendly and moving quickly which was appreciated.

Absolutely the worst U-Haul experience ever! Don't use this location! Everything went wrong. When trying to return Uhaul before 5pm closing. They left early before 4pm. Also no U-Haul signage on office. Office is in #205, not #111. Also key drop box was gone! Thirdly, the Uhaul app 24/7 drop-off Android app wouldn't work for this location. No Dropbox anyway, so couldn't leave truck. After one hour of calling all the other Uhauls in the area, I got the Regional manager's cell number and she was not very accommodating. She has me drop off the Uhaul in another town, taking more time and gas and the guy tried to charge me for those miles too! An extremely disappointing experience!

The owner is really helpful. Shop is a little smaller not too many choices. U-Haul rental went smoothly vehicle was clean and everything was a quick process.

Shady place to get a uhaul from. Nothing went smooth here and the shop made constant mistakes. When I brought up these issues they got upset with me as if it was my fault they made these mistakes. There was also a line of people with the same issues who agreed with me that this place shouldn’t be doing uhauls.

They made my U-haul renting experience swift and easy. They asked all the right questions to make sure I was getting the best deal possible and with just a few steps on my phone we were off and running.

Nice owner/manager. Simple & fast I would rent another trailer from U-Haul
