Classy Nails

Let me start off by saying I am never one to leave bad reviews unless it was really bad.. I get my nails done every two weeks. I went in and they had two people doing my nails, by the time the second girl got to me my second hand hadn’t even been filed down. When I asked Maya to please file my nails down so that match my first hand, she was so upset, and filed it until my finger bled. I didn’t think I was asking a lot to have my nails the same length and shape. Three days later, every single one of my nails had chipped or broken. I called to talk to someone and they hung up on me. Not once, twice. Needless to say everyone I know that goes there, will not return. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. They are insanely rude. Go get your 65$ dip somewhere else.

I came here to get a regular pedicure, no color on my toes, and a dip powdered manicure. My first impression, as I walked in, was that they were all In a rush, even though there was only one customer in there. It felt like an inconvenience to be in there. I had an appt. for two because we were running 2-3 mins late, we called ahead. They were OK with that. So I understood why I was rushed to choose a color and get into the chair. Which was just beginning of the experience. For my dipped manicure I asked if I could get some nail art just a pink a colored line on my ring nail. Although my nail tech really tried after multiple attempts of redoing my nails taking off the gel polish and repainting them I told her to forget about it, and shrugged it off, as I am use to nail salons giving up on some nail art requests. Secondly, while I am no nail tech, I’ve had dipped multiple times and this is the ONLY place that has ever placed a top clear coat not a top GEL COAT which is why I think my nails bubbled up, as seen in the pictures. I asked if a clear top coat was normal due to getting a gel manicure, and the nail tech, replied, “yes.” I didn’t want to argue but I could literally see my dip powder reacting and quickly bubbling up as she layered the top clear coat. I decided to brush the whole thing off. Until, the nail tech working with my gf refused the nail art my friend requested, which was : a colored French tip dipmanicure. The nail tech said she couldn’t due a dip colored french tip, and said that the photo my gf showed her was nail art stickers. And French colored dip manicures are not a thing. She even asked us, “how do you want me to do this.” We thought it was a joke, since both of us have had dip colored French tips before. Finally other nail techs tried assisting. Still, we were bummed of the overall experience. And it got worse! At one point, the nail tech was so aggressive while doing my friends nails, she blamed my friend for dipping her nail “in the powder too much” and yanked her arm as she fixed it. We wish it didn’t feel so hostile, since half of the time we were just quietly surprised that all of this was going on. Talk about eerie uncomfortable vibes. I paid $95 for a no colored regular pedicure and these literally rough nails. Sadly I would never go here again.

The manicure itself was ok but was rushed. I had one coat of pale pink varnish applied as I like a natural look and then a top coat was applied. It felt v gloopy despite the one coat so I sat with hands under the dryer for 20 mins. Despite this, the polish scuffed super easily and had to be taken off when I got home! Not good enough!

Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was seen immediately. Got a pedicure by Mandy, and a gel manicure as well. Extremely happy with both! Mandy was extremely detail oriented and gave an awesome, long leg/foot massage in addition to a perfect pedicure. My gel OPI manicure was also perfect - probably one of the most meticulous, detailed and well done I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this salon, and especially Mandy!!

I came here for probably my 6th time because it’s close to my house. My nail tech was sooooo aggressive!!! She was rude. She was unpleasant. She kept rolling her eyes as she would jerk my entire arm/wrist around so she could get the right angle. She was stabbing me with her sharp and dirty nails. She made me bleed 2x. She also put gel on not close to my cuticle so it looks like they’re a week grown out. I didn’t say anything because this tech was OBVIOUSLY having a bad day, but like come on…. Not to mention she sounded like she had a really bad cold Service: Manicure

Went here to get pedicures and I had great service. It was my boyfriends first time and he absolutely loved it.

I like the this place, have been going here for years. Their prices are reasonable and the nail techs are quick and professional

They were super nice and we called very last minute to see if we could get a mani / pedi. They said no problem. The lady who did my pedicure, hats off to you for being so determined to get my nail polish off. I told her it’s fine but she was determined. I loved it! They spent quality time doing our nails and they still look great a week and a half later. Highly recommend and will be going back.
