Let me tell you about this guy, love this guy. So Clay was a teacher for a while and it is obvious because he brings the skills that would be needed to teach a group of children into the business world. I can be kind of slow when it comes to grasping a concept and Clay takes his time and explains it to me in a way that I understand it. Ever since Clay became my mentor/coach I have been implementing his concepts into my life and seeing amazing results. I didn't realize everything that I didn't know about not only business but also life. i highly recommend Clay for anyone needing a mentor or a business coach.

Great speaker, very logical and inspirational. Engaging as well as informative. Provides simple easy steps to get the best workforce which in turn gets a better work environment and ways to streamline day to day necessities i.e. conference calls to stay on track and get things accomplished efficiently. Also has a sense of humor so it is not another humdrum event. Highly recommended!!
